A lot of customers have reported that www.Qissue.com is no longer able to be logged on. This is because Qissue.com had changed an IP address. Inorder to loggon to Qissue.com, simply delete your browser’s browsing History, which is in the internet options section in your browser. This way the browser memory of the old IP address is able to be cleared.
